Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped with carriers FEDEX, USPS and UPS. Signature confirmation is REQUIRED upon delivery.

Please ensure that the address you provided is correct. I will not be held liable for any LOST/STOLEN packages.

SHIPPING FEE INCLUDES: full insurance just in case SHIPPING CARRIER misplaces your package or anything of that sort. Please understand that things do happen and It is completely out of my control. If a package does happen to get lost, a claim MUST be filed with the shipping carrier. They will be responsible for refunding you. VAULT By NVY is not held liable.

OUT OF STATE CUSTOMERS: All packages come fully insured and require a signature. Please be aware that custom fees may apply from the CARRIER and I am not the one charging you any additional fees. All customers are responsible for paying any custom fees that may apply.

Once your order has been completed , shipping usually takes up to 1-4 business days to arrive depending on where the customer resides. Express shipping is offered at checkout.

For preorders , please be sure that you are measuring your head correctly before purchasing a unit. Ensure that your braids are FLAT and small enough to get an accurate measurement. I WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY WRONG MEASUREMENTS PROVIDED!
